We design and build our outdoor padel courts in the Netherlands: durable, easy to install and made for a changeable climate. The steel posts and base plates are hot-dip galvanised as standard and then powder-coated twice, so the court lasts for years.
- 15-year warranty on the steel structure
- Hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated twice
- Calculated for every wind zone in the Netherlands

Rust protection
Zinc plus powder coating: the duplex system
Outdoors, steel takes a beating: rain, wind and salt in the air. That is why we treat every outdoor court with the duplex system. The posts and base plates are first hot-dip galvanised and then powder-coated twice. The zinc layer protects the steel, the powder coating protects the zinc layer.
We make the steel structure from S350 structural steel in our own factory, together with Jonkers Bouwmetaal. So we know exactly what goes into it.

- Mesh panelsSet into injury-safe fencing and attached to the posts with a unique hook-in system, without self-tapping screws.
Wind zones and foundation
Calculated for the wind, anchored in the ground
An outdoor court catches a lot of wind. The Netherlands has three wind zones, so we developed the steel structure in three variants: for wind zone 1, 2 and 3. Each variant has its own profile strength and is calculated for the wind load of that zone.
We always anchor the court chemically in the foundation. That is essential for safety, yet it is still often forgotten or done wrong during installation. As standard we supply the calculation and the materials that make Kiwa certification possible.
Outdoors, foundation work is always needed. Usually a ring beam of water-permeable concrete; count on € 20,000 to € 40,000, depending on location, accessibility and groundwork. Already have a tennis court? Then part of the base can often be reused.
- Three variants: wind zone 1, 2 and 3
- Chemical anchoring as standard

What does an outdoor padel court cost?
An outdoor padel court starts from € 30,000 excluding foundation. Complete, including foundation, you pay from € 50,000. All prices exclude VAT. Calculate an indicative price for your number of courts right away, or request a price indication that includes foundation, lighting and installation.
Do I need a permit for an outdoor court?
Almost always. A padel court counts as a structure, and an outdoor court requires a permit in most cases. Outdoor courts also face different noise standards than indoor ones; sometimes a noise report or a sound barrier is needed. We guide the entire permit process, including the noise study and structural calculations.
Can I put an indoor court outside?
It is possible, but we strongly advise against it. An indoor court is not designed to withstand wind and weather for years. We treat outdoor courts with the duplex system, hot-dip galvanised plus an extra protective layer, and they have to meet the requirements of the wind zone they stand in.
How long until the court is up?
After the order we produce the court in 8 to 10 weeks. Installation by our own team takes 2 days per court. The foundation and the permit come before that; the whole process usually takes 3 to 6 months.
