Custom padel court
Just not enough space? Then we build to measure
Many companies, sports venues and investors run into the same thing: there is interest in padel, but just not enough room for a standard court. The quick conclusion is that it cannot be done. We do not look at standard sizes, but at what does fit at your location, with our own engineering and production.
- First we measure, then we produce
- Glass, profiles and structure to measure
- 15-year warranty on the steel structure

Custom work from our own production
Why standard does not always fit
Many suppliers only work with fixed dimensions and standard structures. That works fine in a traditional sports hall or a new build, but not every location is standard.
Because we produce our indoor and outdoor padel courts ourselves, we can go much further than a standard supplier. If a location calls for it, we can, among other things:
- produce glass panels to measure
- adapt steel profiles
- re-engineer the structure
- optimise the dimensions for the available space
That always starts at the drawing board, with the steel expertise of Jonkers Bouwmetaal. Read more on About I-Padel.
- 40+years of steel experience
- 2days of installation per court
- In-houseengineering and production

What can be customised
Custom in size and in looks
From a narrower court to a structure in your own colour. This is what we can adapt for you.
- Narrower courtIs the room just not wide enough? Then we adapt the structure and the glass, as at Verma in Veldhoven: 120 cm narrower than standard.
- Existing building or upper floorIn an existing hall or on the first floor of a company building too. We measure, assess the location technically and look at what does fit.
- Glass to measureWe produce toughened safety glass in non-standard sizes specifically for your court.
- Adapted steel profilesIf a standard profile does not fit, we develop an adapted profile and re-engineer the structure.
- Steel in your own colourBecause we produce in-house, we can finish the structure in a different colour. Your own branding on the court is possible too, as on the Padel Ping Pong court for AA Drink.
- Turf in club colourBlue, green or another colour: you choose the artificial turf in the colour that suits your club or company.
How custom work works
From the drawing board to installation
A custom court always starts with measuring. Only when the drawing is right does the court go into production.
- Safety, playing experience and looks are preserved
- Quality checks before installation starts
- One point of contact from drawing to handover
- On site
Measuring and technical assessment
We measure the location completely and assess it technically. That way we know exactly how much space there really is, not just what is on paper.
- At the drawing board
Engineering the adjustments
We draw up what needs to change in the glass, profiles and structure and present the proposal to you.
- 8 to 10 weeks
In-house production and quality control
After your approval the whole project goes into production: glass, profiles and structure to measure. Everything passes several quality checks before we start installing.
- 2 days per court
Installation and handover
Our installation team builds the court. Afterwards we walk through it together with you and you receive a handover report.
Real-world example
Verma in Veldhoven: 120 cm narrower, still a real court
Owner Pascal Bosse came to us asking whether an indoor padel court on the first floor of his new-build hall was possible. The challenge: there was just not enough room for a standard doubles court.
After measuring, we chose to make the court 120 centimetres narrower. To do that we:
- produced custom glass
- developed adapted profiles
- made the entire structure to measure
The result is still a high-quality indoor padel court within the available space: a court of their own for employees and visitors, right in the middle of the company building.
Officially this court is not intended for high-level competition, but in recreational use you hardly notice it. For staff, company activities, events, hospitality and customer experience, such a court offers many possibilities.
- 120 cmnarrower than a standard court
- 1st floorof a new-build hall
- Own courtfor employees and visitors

Padel for companies
Your own padel court as a distinguishing addition
More and more companies are looking for ways to stand out in the labour market while investing in vitality and experience. An indoor padel court in your own building plays a unique role in that.
Not every location calls for a standard solution. With our own production, engineering and experience in steel structures, we realise projects where other parties drop out.
Curious what fits in your building? Get in touch and tell us how much space you have, and we will look at what is possible.
- More attractive to new staff
- A sporty company culture
- An extra experience for customers and business contacts
- Stands out from competitors

Frequently asked questions
Questions about a custom padel court
Is your question not listed? Plan a no-obligation meeting and we will go through your location together.
Can you still play padel well on an adapted court?
Yes. An adapted court is officially not intended for high-level competition, but in recreational use you hardly notice it. At Verma in Veldhoven the narrower court is used by employees and visitors.
How much smaller can a padel court be?
That depends on your location. We first measure everything and assess the space technically. Then we look at where adjustments are possible without compromising safety, playing experience and looks. At Verma that was 120 cm in width.
Can the court be in our own house style?
Yes, by arrangement. We can finish the steel structure in a different colour, you choose the artificial turf in the colour of your club or company, and your own branding on the court is possible too.
What does a custom padel court cost?
A standard indoor padel court starts at € 23,000 and an outdoor court at € 30,000, excluding VAT. With custom work the price depends on what needs to be adapted. Request a price indication and you will quickly know where you stand.
How long does a custom court take?
After approval of the drawing we produce the court in 8 to 10 weeks, including quality checks. Installation then takes 2 days per court.
Does the warranty also apply to custom work?
Yes. On a custom court too, we give a 15-year warranty on the steel structure. The steel comes from the same factory and is engineered, produced and checked in the same way.
