Project ManagerSports Construction Padel Courts
I-Padel is a manufacturer of high-quality padel courts. From the Netherlands we build padel courts for sports clubs, associations and commercial sports venues. To guide our projects we are looking for a project coordinator who makes sure the schedule is on track, installations are well prepared and projects run smoothly on site.
- Full-time, Urk (hybrid possible)
- € 3,200 to € 4,000 gross per month

What will you do?
You make sure every project runs on schedule
As a project coordinator you are responsible for preparing, planning and guiding padel projects. You make sure installations are well organised and that projects are carried out according to schedule. Your duties include:
- Drawing up and monitoring the project schedule
- Scheduling the installation teams
- Preparing projects in cooperation with internal departments
- Keeping in touch with customers during execution
- Being present at the start of a construction project
- Checking progress during installation
- Handling the handover of padel courts on site
- Administrative project processing in Trello and Ridder IQ
You work partly from the office and partly on project sites. You are often on site at the start and handover of projects. You can read how such a project works in padel court installation.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who keeps the overview and takes responsibility
We are looking for someone who works in a structured way and takes responsibility for projects. Experience with project planning or construction projects is a strong plus.
- Construction backgroundYou have a background in construction or experience in the construction sector.
- Strong plannerYou keep the overview, even when several projects are running at once.
- IndependentYou can work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communicatorYou are clear and reachable for both customers and installation teams.
- Happy to be on siteYou are willing to visit project sites regularly.
- Local to the areaPreferably you live in the Urk area.
