Work Planner& Buyer
Do you want to help padel grow in the Netherlands and beyond? At I-Padel we build high-quality padel courts for sports clubs, associations and commercial sports venues. To organise our projects well, we are looking for a work planner and buyer who makes sure everything is tightly arranged behind the scenes. From ordering materials to preparing projects and scheduling installation teams: you make sure everything is ready before a project starts.
- Full-time, Urk (hybrid possible)
- € 3,200 to € 4,000 gross per month

What will you do?
The link between sales, project management, suppliers and warehouse
As a work planner and buyer you make sure projects are well prepared and organised. Your duties include:
- Drawing up material lists for projects
- Ordering materials from regular suppliers
- Monitoring delivery times and following up orders
- Inventory management in the ERP system Ridder IQ
- Preparing projects so that installation can start smoothly
- Drawing up project schedules
- Scheduling fitters and installation teams
- Coordinating with the warehouse so that materials are ready in time
- Administrative processing of projects in Trello and Ridder IQ
You work mainly from the office in Urk, with the option of working partly hybrid. You can see everything that goes into a court at the structure of a padel court.

Technical knowledge is not required. We think it is more important that you learn quickly and like to contribute ideas for improving processes.
