Custom Padel Court
– Installing a padel court in a confined space? Custom solutions make more possible than you think.
Many companies, sports venues and investors face the same problem: there is interest in padel, but just not quite enough space for a standard padel court. As a result, people often assume too quickly that a padel project is impossible. However, in practice, there is often more possible than you might think.
At I-Padel, we do not only look at standard dimensions, but specifically at what is possible within an existing location. Thanks to our own engineering and production capabilities, we can develop custom solutions for locations with limited space.
Why standard solutions do not always fit
Many suppliers work exclusively with fixed dimensions and standard constructions. That works perfectly for traditional sports halls or new-build projects, but not every location is standard.
Custom solutions from our own production
Because I-Padel is a manufacturer of its own padel courts, we can go much further in customization than standard suppliers.
When a location requires it, we can, among other things:
- produce custom glass panels
- modify steel profiles
- re-engineer constructions
- optimize dimensions for the available space
That process always starts at the drawing board. First, the location is fully measured and technically assessed. Then we determine where adjustments can be made without compromising safety, playing experience and appearance. After approval, the entire project goes into production and undergoes various quality checks before installation begins.
Practical example:
Verma in Veldhoven
A great example of this is a recent project for Verma in Veldhoven.
Owner Pascal Bosse approached us with the question of whether it would be possible to realize an indoor padel court on the first floor of a newly built hall. The challenge: there was just not enough space available for a standard doubles court.
After measuring the location, we decided to adjust the width of the court by 120 centimeters.
For this project, we:
- produced custom glass
- developed modified profiles
- created the entire construction to measure
This allowed us to realize a high-quality indoor padel court within the available space.
Barely noticeable during recreational use
Although this court is officially not intended for high-level competition, this is hardly noticeable during recreational use.
Especially for applications such as
- staff
- company activities
- events
- hospitality
- customer experience
this offers enormous possibilities.
For Verma, this meant a unique addition within the company: its own indoor padel court for employees and visitors, right in the middle of the company building.
Padel as a distinctive addition for companies
More and more companies are looking for ways to distinguish themselves in the labor market while simultaneously investing in vitality and experience.
An indoor padel court can play a unique role in this:
- more attractive to new employees
- a sporty company culture
- additional experience for customers and business relations
- a distinctive advantage over competitors
Especially with existing buildings or limited spaces, people often assume that padel is not possible. In reality, custom solutions often make much more achievable than expected.
I-Padel thinks in solutions
At I-Padel, we believe that not every location calls for a standard solution.
Thanks to our own production, engineering and experience in steel constructions, we can respond flexibly to unique situations and realize custom projects where other parties sometimes step away.
