Warranty Conditions for I-Padel Courts
At I-Padel, we guarantee the quality and durability of our padel courts. Below are the specific warranty conditions for the various components of our courts:
Court Construction (pillars, mesh, and brackets)
We offer a 10-year warranty on the structural elements of the padel court, such as pillars, net posts, mesh, and brackets. This ensures the durability and stability of the basic structure, assuming normal use and construction of the courts. For the net posts, we provide a 2-year warranty.
Hot-dip Galvanization and Powder Coating
A 5-year warranty applies to the hot-dip galvanization and powder coating of metal components. This protects the structure against corrosion and wear, ensuring the court remains in good condition.
Fastening Materials for Glass and Construction
The fastening materials used for installing the glass and constructing the padel court are covered by a 2-year warranty, ensuring the safety and quality of the installation.
Court Accessories (plastic caps, net system)
Accessories such as plastic caps and the net system have a 2-year warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and flaws in these essential court components.
Glass
We offer a 2-year warranty on the glass itself against potential discoloration.
Additionally, the glass is covered by I-Padel’s transport warranty until the moment of installation. This means that any damage during transport falls under our responsibility.
If the installer discovers during construction that the glass is unsuitable for installation for any reason, I-Padel will inspect the glass. After our inspection, we will ensure that the glass is replaced as quickly as possible if necessary.
